It's been 5 years since I've done a major update to this recs page, but I'm finally starting to move bookmarked fic from AO3 to this recs site. Please note that because I have hundreds of fics to move, I'll be using the "share" function instead of coding, and I'm no longer committing to hiding warnings. Sorry about that, People-Like-Me-Who-Hate-Warnings. I'm also not committing to saying why I loved a story (because honestly, I've probably forgotten why by now), but if the story's on this page, I really like it!

I have something like 40 recs in the queue at the moment - almost all of which are Avengers - and I was idiotic enough to just bookmark them and not actual format any of them for the recs page - and of course, by now, I've forgotten what I meant to say about all of them. *sigh* So...I'm going to post a dozen or so recs every few days until I catch up.

As I've noted before, I will clearly never catch up with old stories. If you have a favorite story (your own or somebody else's) that you think I might have missed and it's in a fandom that I've recced before (see my main recs page, which includes links to all the individual major fandoms and a miscellaneous fandoms page). Most loved at the moment are stories from one of the following fandoms: Avengers, Discworld, Doctor Who, Harry Potter, Lewis, Sherlock Holmes in all varieties, or White Collar (feel free to leave a link below), but everything is welcome.

I might as well have just called this my Phil/Clint update. Or my gqgqqt and Sidney Sussex update. Except...there are other things. (tony/pepper/bruce, for example) Really!

The Avengers love continues, as does the sports RPF fascination, with last update's hockey fic joined here by a massively long, exceptionally moving baseball story. Really good stuff within, folks!

Oh, and because it's my fest and I - like Loki - can "do what I want!," I just wanted to let you know that posting has started for Disc Fest, the Art & Fic fest dedicated to Terry Pratchett's Discworld. You can find the fest here on Dreamwidth and here on LJ.

Hockey RPF? Really? I held out in the face of years of temptation from my f’list. Basically, I blame lynnmonster. Anyway...the inclusion of these stories means that there are now enough Misc RPF stories for Real Person Fiction to be given a separate recs page. How did this happen? *shakes head*

Also, Clint & Phil. Lots of Clint & Phil. Not just Clint & Phil though.
