Please note that most of these story recommendations were made before I reconsidered my warnings policy (i.e., before I decided to include warnings). Generally speaking, there's little of a dark or violent nature to warn for in these stories, but...caveat lector.

Dollfayce: "Only the Heartless" (Wendy/Hook. "There is only one way to fly." Hook has died, of course, but it isn't the first time he's died. He'd like it to be the last, however, but first, he needs his storyteller. Some minor proofreading issues, but engaging and cleverly written.)

Hereswith: By Moonlight, The Darkened Night, and All in Splinters. (A series of seven vignettes. Hook/Wendy)

hollimichele (holli on LJ/DW): "The Necessary Things" (Wendy-centric. "Wendy grows up." Smart and...a little sad maybe, especially if you're of the opinion that Neverland should follow Wendy wherever she goes. But utterly believable for all that.)

Kittie Darkhart: "His Favourite Tradition" (Wendy/Hook. "Christmas 1926. It is that magical time of year again, and a now, grown-up Wendy celebrates the holiday with a family of her own—even when her beloved husband questions a few of the family's Christmas traditions, though there is one that is his favourite." Basically, post-canon domestic schmoop, but rather sweet.)

lah: The Screaming of Coneys. (Hook/Peter)

LostWendy1: "The Art of Becoming" (George Darling, Others. "“Every child is affected thus the first time he is treated unfairly. All he thinks he has a right to when he comes to you to be yours is fairness. After you have been unfair to him he will love you again, but will never afterwards be the same boy. No one ever gets over the first unfairness; no one except Peter. He often met it, but he always forgot it. I suppose that was the real difference between him and all the rest.” (Peter Pan, Barrie)" There's a Neverland in every child's life, even George Darling's.)

Madison: Forgotten (the "End of All Things" remix). (Young!James Hook/Peter Pan. The boy called James believes he will never forget. A remix of Grace's ficlet "Forgotten")

Mosh (moshesque on LJ): "Washed Ashore" (Hook/Pan. "You finally got a taste of your own medicine, eh, Pan?" Could be considered a sequel to [the equally good and more graphic] "The Circle") [note: stories are currently locked on the moshesque LJ journal, and the author is willing to email story files to interested readers - moshesque at gmail - if you'd prefer.]

Rilla (bundledquills on IJ): The Liquid Sea. (Wendy/Hook. He always knew she would come back to Neverland.)

Spike Daft: Sharks. (Nominally gen, but more than a hint of Smee/Hook)

Syn: Happily Ever After. (Peter/Wendy)

the_alchemist: "Ever So Much More Than Twenty" (Wendy/Hook. "1920s London. A successful children's author is invited discuss a mysterious commission, and finds herself reunited with a figure from her earliest sexual fantasies." A pwp with a plot, despite that being a complete contradiction in terms. *g*)

Travis (aka: kyuuketsukirui): Not Proper. (Mr. Darling/Hook. Cracktastic, yet oddly charming.)

trifles: A Hundred Years Ago. (Peter. Wendy. James Hook.)

Unovis: Hook Or Me. (As the summary says: "Mr Darling Dreams." Very true to Barrie's books. Wonderful storytelling.)
